manages the publication process from
manuscript submission to the electronic
publishing of the journal’s quarterly

Massage Therapy
on Trial: Working with the Legal System As massage therapy
becomes more and more prevalent as a
treatment for connective tissue injuries
suffered by car crash victims and others
involved in litigation, massage
therapists will find themselves
interacting more and more with the legal
system. We will explore this interaction
through a combination of lecture and
Q&A, which will cover such issues as
choice of legal entity, dealing with
auto insurers, your potential role as an
expert witness, and malpractice
considerations. 3 CE Hours.
Speaker: Roger
Turgeon

concentrated in representing injured

means, such as chiropractic and massage
therapy.
