Logos You Can Download

As a member, you are encouraged to use the AMTA logo and your membership classification as a means of establishing your professionalism and credibility. You can use these logos on your:

• Presentation materials
• Door to your massage room
• Business cards
• Stationery
• Ads
• Brochures
• Press releases
• Website

Guidelines for use of the AMTA logo:

1. May use on practice materials such as business cards, stationery, ads, brochures, press releases, and Web sites.

2. May use in your biography when describing your background.

3. May not use on materials that promote you as an instructor.

4. May not use to endorse, sponsor, or recommend an event, product, service, or action.

5. The AMTA logo can be used in full color, in black & white, or with the black replaced with reflex blue or PMS 288.

6. The AMTA logo, the words "American Massage Therapy Association" and acronym AMTA are all trademarked and may not be altered.

7. May use the membership classification under the logo set in "Futura Bold Condensed" typeface no wider than the logo itself. For example, if you are Professional member, you may use the words "Professional Member" as displayed below.

How to select and download the AMTA logo you need.

Logo selection
Logos can be used for either a Mac or a PC, for online work or for printing. If in doubt as to which type of file you need ask your commercial printer or designer who is working with you. They will be able to help you make the proper selection. In the meantime here are some simple guidelines you can use.

1. For online use such as a web page or Powerpoint presentation it is recommended that you use a .gif or .jpeg file.
2. For printing use such as business cards, letterheads or a brochure it is recommended that you use .eps file (color) or a .tif file (B/W).  NOTE:  eps files are for use in graphic software programs such as Illustrator, Pagemaker, Quark, etc.  If you do not have these programs do not download the eps file.

To Download
Simply click on the highlighted link of the logo you have selected. A logo will appear on your screen. Now all you need to do is save this image to your hard drive or a disk. To save the image follow instructions given for the browser you are using on either a Mac or a PC.
